Healthy Families Healthy Futures has been operating in Northern Alberta for over 20 years, covering an area of 42,228 km2 across 8 counties, and serving over 17 communities! We are proud of the role we take in empowering people to change their lives for the better.

Anne County, Mayerthorpe, Whitecourt, Fox Creek, Valleyview, Sunset House, Sturgeon Lake, Swan Hills, Fort Assiniboine, Barrhead, Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Paul Band First Nation, and surrounding areas.
